Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features that make a real impact.
  
• Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini,  google adk etc.) and vector databases like FAISS or pgvector.
  
• Work on RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly iterate based on user feedback.
  
• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI features in production.
  
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and technology.

About you

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on applied AI/ML or LLM-based systems.

• Strong programming skills in Python; Django experience is a plus.

• Experience with LLMs, vector search, and building AI pipelines.

• Cloud experience (preferably AWS) and deploying to production environments.

• Strong product thinking—you care about user experience and business value.

• Self-driven and excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Good to have

• Experience in construction tech, workflow automation, or knowledge systems.
